"The northern part of Africa developed it’s own style of artwork. Through history, some of the northern art was influenced by it’s Mediterranean neighbors and also by the spread of both Islamic and Christian religions that had their own artistic styles."

"Morien is the adventure of a splendidly heroic Moorish knight (possibly a Christian convert) supposed to have lived during the days of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Sir Morien is described as follows: "He was all black, even as I tell ye: his head, his body, and his hands were all black, saving only his teeth. His shield and his armour were even those of a Moor, and black as a raven."

Jake and Dinos Chapman because they really seem to capture what is wrong with society in an accessible and engaging and often funny way. They are also irreverent .Oh and they are also very sexy.

no way, contemporary art is so vast, if you can articulate a particual style, a name of a painting, or where you saw this piece it may help otherwise you should start trying to jogg that memory of yours
